I utilize manychat primarily to help my team be as effective as possible when answering clients, by having manychat operate as a all in one software for client to agent conversations. That being the case, being able to have a contact opted in automatically via flows is a must have since when dealing with many clients, merging them manually proves to be a lot of work.
we already have opt-ins actions for all the other channels, I would really appreciate it if we could have this action. Especially since we already have the phone field.
