Oh my god, yes please... this is crucial. Clients can send files, but we cannot not? Big bummer :(

In our business we need to send files such as pdf or excel to our customers from WhatsApp channel in LiveChat. The only allowed filetype so far it's image.

It would be very helpful to have this feature.
