Smart Delay: Based on Account Time Zone or User Time Zone
Several of our clients offer international e-commerce.
Our bots, have a feature called the Fake follow up, which sends a Hello! I am your sales agent, based on a smart delay.
Today, several users did not get the hello because their phone's time zone was JAPAN, and by the time they get out of the waiting, the sales agents are sleeping because they are in Argentina.
We need to be able to select between User Time Zone and Account Time Zone PLEASE.
