Me dejo de funcionar el manychat para instragram, lo tengo configurado para que conteste automaticamente los comentarios que me hacen en los reels y andaba de maravilla hasta que dejo de funcionar, elimine la cuenta, la volvi a crear, cree nuevas automatizaciones y cuando me envian un mensaje privado funciona pero cuando me comentan no funciona, alguna sugerencia?
I have an automation set for instagram reels. When someone comments they receive an inbox message. On my end, it shows the message sent. On their end, they receive an empty message that doesn’t show the content of the message (textbox+button)
I have connected my Instagram page to Manychat so that I can send links when someone post any comments in reels/post. Initially it was working. But now Manychat is not sending automation messages, if someone comment in the same post. PLEASE HELP

I posted a reels and i collected 600 email. Now i want to post another reels and i want to collect new emails. So if i asked someone before their a mail address and already collected, i dont want to ask one more time them. I only want to new users and collect new email. How can i do this?
Hello, I have a Manychat account with the email address: "sebastian.boettger.obis@outlook.de" and I cannot log into my Manychat account with this email address. A workflow has been set up in the account and I can no longer access it and make settings. There are also costs involved. I canceled the account via email before the trail period expired and it wasn't implemented. What can I currently do to log into the account again? And where can I effectively request that the timely termination be implemented? I have currently created a second account to describe the problem. Please show me how I can solve the problem. Manychat works great on our Facebook page replying to people and sending private messages. However, we have some very large groups, which we are the admins, and we want to share the post in those groups. When we do, the Manychat system breaks and doesn’t respond to any of the comments.Am I doing something wrong? Or is this just not possible to do?

Hi! I’ve been using manychat for a while and I do have great results! The problem that I face a lot is dealing with accounts from India, a place where I do not sell my service. I banned the country by changing the age limit through the Instagram settings, but then ManyChat stops working in general Any idea on how to solve this?
Hi, I’m new to ManyChat and have an automation that I think is working, but I’m getting this error type message asking if I want to have my message #1 be the reply to comments when I try to update. I don’t want that, but it’s still showing my automation as unpublished. I duplicated it from another automation, and it’s also still showing the old message until I click edit and then it shows update version. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
