I set up an automation to answer the answers of the AI bot I prepared from Chatbase in Instagram chats. But it only answers my first question, not any subsequent questions. What could be the reason for this? By the way, while "Rule triggered: Contact Event" appears in the first question, this does not happen in the other questions. How can I fix this?

Hey, I have a fitness business where I sell coaching and low ticket programs on my app. I have about 13,000 contacts from instagram on manychat and I am unsure on how I can optimize and monetize these contacts. They feel like a waste because I heard there was a 24 hour rule where I cant even message them anymore. Please help Im paying over $150 a month for these. Best,Jared
Regarding ‘Welcome Message’ start flow button restore.In the WELCOME MESSAGE flow, the 1st ‘COMMAND’ button connects to a FLOW button, which should read: [FB] BB CORE Growth Tool Greeting [CUSTOMIZE]. However the box is empty! Anyone know how to restore it?
Oi, gente! Preciso de ajuda e não encontro respostas em lugar nenhum. Seguinte, de 2 semanas pra cá clientes estão comentando no post que não estão recebendo a mensagem no direct. O detalhe é que, o manychat responde o comentário que foi enviado, ok, e quando eu abro a conversa no direct pra mim aparece a mensagem que foi configurada no fluxo, mas para os clientes está em branco. Vários deles me mandaram prints e realmente a conversa está em branco. Já atualizei permissões e nada. Tipo, de 10 mensagens enviadas pelos 6 retornam dizendo que não receberam nada. O que pode ser isso?
