Hi there, New to Manychat and trying to send up automation to collect email and send freebie. Did this successfully via DMs but everyone seemed to be adding keywords to comments instead of DMs so tried to add an additional trigger to the same automation to pick up comments also. However, it will not allow me to enable the additional trigger and I receive the message “Mark this message as a "Comment Reply" if you want to send it as a reply to a post or reel comment.” I have no idea what this means or where I am meant to mark message as comment reply. Please help! Thanks in advance.

Specifically, I'm struggling with how to handle the situation when a user inputs an unexpected response, without causing an infinite loop.Here's the scenario: I've implemented buttons or a list of options for users to choose from. But if a user responds with something different, how can I prompt them to choose one of the available options without getting stuck in a loop? When i use “next step”, it creates an infinite loop.I've considered adding a response to handle unexpected inputs, but I'm concerned that this might create an infinite loop if the user continues to input unexpected responses.Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to effectively handle this situation?
Pessoal, boa noite. Estou recebendo mensagens do ManyChat informando que eu não tenho fundos para enviar meus templates aprovados. Só que pelo que entendo, eu tenho direito a abrir 1.000 conversas por mês pela meta. Olhando a central da meta, consta que só enviei 12 mensagens. Alguém consegue me ajudar com isso?
