alguém pode me ajudar? eu fiz todo processo de automação e ele funciona normalmente todas as etapas no direct de quem fez o comentário no Instagram, porem quando a pessoa vai clicar no botão do link para direcionar para uma página ele não localiza essa página, o link está correto, já testei outros e nenhum funciona, alguém sabe me dizer o que pode estar acontecendo?
Already created Facebook Ads Automation active, but doesn't appear on Ad manager as template. Already UPdated permissions but when I create a new Ads, only can see Bot Welcome and Default template message to edit. Minhas permissões estão ok, mas toda vez que entro no manychat pede para atualizar, meus bots pararam e minhas automações não funcionam mais. Já tentei de tudo, alguém pode me ajudar?
Olá a todos!Minhas automações em 2 contas diferentes, para responder no DM com gatilhos em mensagens em Posts, pararam de funcionar já tem praticamente 1 semana.A questão aqui, deixou simplesmente de funcionar, sem avisos, sem alterações e tudo está certo entre instagram x facebook, já segui os passos que eles indicam para resolver esses problemas a risca, mas nada resolve.Obviamente, já procurei tanto no facebook, como no instagram por avisos de qualquer suspensão ou limitação por o que seja, mas nada há.Já abri um ticket de suporte e até agora, não me respondem.Mas dia 15, eles vão lá descontar os USD 30 certamente.Alguém já passou por isso? Agradeço qualquer ajuda!

After connecting my ChatGPT API key (the basic version, not Pro) with Manychat to automate Telegram and configuring the automation correctly, I decided to put it to the test. The messages work fine, but I noticed that when the flow reaches ChatGPT, it doesn't respond to user questions.Does anyone know why? Do I need to have the ChatGPT Plus version for it to work properly?
Hi. I am Nirjari and just joined Many chat. I am loving the features given on this app. However, I am unable to find option to reply publicly on the comments I receive on my Instagram reels or posts. I am able to send DM however I wish to engage with followers in public. How to do it? I couldnt find that option. Also, mine is basic plan and not paid on manychat. Please help. Regards, Nirjari

Hello everyone.I've been using Manychat for only 2 days. It's working well, but I found a little issue that you probably came across before.I have an automation for Instagram Comments. The automation is working nicely (at least for a few contacts). It worked for a few users and with my tests as well. But it didn't work for one contact specifically.It is for this Instagram Post (just so you can have more context): https://www.instagram.com/p/C6yDrIrsHA7/Notice that all the users received a comment + DM, but for one of the comments. The trigger didn't work for that specific contact. And I made sure that the automation was ON, etc.I would like to understand: what could have caused this, if this is a common issue, and what can I do to deal with issues like this?Plus, and most importantly, how can I "force" to start automation for that specific contact? In other words, I would like to add that contact to the automation, somehow. Is it possible?I would appreciate any comments on this.Thank y
Hello,I have successfully set up my any comment flow for my posts, but how do I change the settings to limit how many responses someone gets so if they comment and engage with a lot of my content they wont be sent the same message over and over again? Is there a way to put a delay so that it only sends if they have not engaged after 24-48 hours or something like that? Thanks in advance :)
